Summary: The home is basic but clean and was great for our group of 5 people. Just one block to the main shopping/restaurant area and 2-3 blocks to the lake. Would recommend if you are spending time in Milford Sound and aren't high maintenance.

Summary: Good place to stay. We stayed a couple of nights. Easily walkable into town. Appreciated the washing machine. Only suggestion; it would have been nice to have some outside chairs to sit on.

Summary: I am surprised that this property has collected so many 10/10s! It's a bit tatty around the edges, and needs some serious repair work and modernisation. Lots of potential improvements required - a shortage of cooking equipment, a distinct damp smell and not even a table in the unkept back garden. You got the impression that a permanent resident left the property ten minutes before we arrived, and would probably return immediately after we left. A great location for the Milford Sound trip - but no other reason for returning..

Summary: This was a great location- walking distance to all the stores and restaurants and about a 2 hr drive to Milford sound. It was peaceful and clean and my whole family enjoyed our stay here.
